- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Major cities (South Africa): 2–5 business days
- Outlying areas: 3–7 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on courier services and location.
4. Backorders & Pre-Orders
Some products may be marked as backordered.
- These items will be shipped as soon as they are back in stock.
- Customers will be notified of any delays.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive:

- Courier details to monitor your delivery

- Firesmiths is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses
