Terms and Conditions for Firesmiths Heritage Day Social Media Competition

1. Eligibility
   The competition is open to all individuals aged 18 and older, residing within South Africa, except employees of Firesmiths, its affiliates, and their immediate family members. Proof of age and residence may be required.
2. Entry Requirements
   To enter the competition, participants must follow the instructions provided in the competition post on [Platform Name]. Only one entry per person is allowed. Duplicate or incomplete entries will be disqualified.
3. Competition Period
   The competition starts on September 12th, 2024, and ends on September 26th, 2024. Entries submitted after the closing date will not be considered.
4. Prize
   The prize is the Legend Hamper. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other item. Firesmiths reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equivalent value, should the original prize become unavailable.
5. Winner Selection
   The winner(s) will be selected at random and notified via direct message (DM) on social media by September 27th, 2024. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours of the notification, Firesmiths reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
6. Announcement of Winner
   Once the winner is notified, Firesmiths will publicly announce the winner on their social media channels. By entering the competition, participants consent to the use of their name and image for promotional purposes without further compensation.
7. Judges’ Decision
   The judges’ decision regarding any aspect of the competition, including but not limited to the selection of the winner(s), is final and binding. No correspondence or discussions will be entered into regarding the outcome.
8. Liability
   Firesmiths will not be held responsible for any technical issues, including but not limited to network failures or system errors, which could affect participation in the competition. Participants enter the competition at their own risk.
9. Disqualification
   Firesmiths reserves the right to disqualify any participant who breaches these terms and conditions, submits false information, or engages in any fraudulent or unethical behavior.
10. Privacy
    Any personal information provided by participants will be used solely for the purpose of administering the competition and in accordance with Firesmiths’s privacy policy.
11. Changes to the Competition
    Firesmiths reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the competition at any time without prior notice if circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable.
12. Governing Law
    This competition and its terms and conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
